The CannaFriend Extension provides interactive overlay and panel features for Twitch streams, including:
- Real-time tycoon game displays
- Strain collection browsing
- Community leaderboards
- Interactive viewer features
- Stream engagement tools
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Extension.
- You must have a valid Twitch account.
- Broadcasters must comply with Twitch's Extension policies.
- Use must comply with Twitch's Terms of Service.
4. Extension Permissions
The Extension may request access to:
- Your Twitch user identity
- Bits transactions (if applicable)
- Channel subscription status
- Viewer interaction data within the Extension
5. Broadcaster Responsibilities
If you are a broadcaster using the Extension:
- You are responsible for enabling/configuring the Extension appropriately.
- You must ensure Extension use complies with Twitch policies.
- You are responsible for moderating Extension-related interactions.
- You may disable the Extension at any time through Twitch.
6. Viewer Responsibilities
As a viewer using the Extension:
- Use the Extension features respectfully.
- Do not attempt to exploit or abuse Extension features.
- Report any bugs or issues appropriately.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Extension
- Use automated tools to interact with the Extension
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
- Interfere with other users' experience
- Use the Extension for any illegal purpose
8. Bits and Transactions
- Any Bits transactions are processed through Twitch.
- We do not have access to your payment information.
- Refunds for Bits are handled by Twitch's policies.
- Virtual items or rewards have no real-world value.
9. Intellectual Property
- The Extension and its content are owned by CannaFriend.
- You receive a limited license to use the Extension.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute Extension content.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with all streams, or specific functionality or features.
11. Limitation of Liability
CANNAFRIEND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any damages arising from Extension use
- Loss of data, progress, or virtual items
- Service interruptions
- Third-party actions
- Any indirect or consequential damages
12. Twitch Platform
- The Extension operates on Twitch's platform.
- Twitch may modify, suspend, or remove the Extension.
- Twitch's Terms of Service apply to Extension use.
- We are not responsible for Twitch platform issues.
13. Updates and Modifications
- The Extension may be updated automatically.
- Features may be added, modified, or removed.
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
14. Termination
- We may disable Extension access for Terms violations.
- Twitch may remove the Extension from their platform.
- You may uninstall the Extension at any time.
